Google Business Profile appeal not approved? Make the next attempt count.

"Not Approved" is not always the end of the road. But asking again the same way rarely works, and a second attempt needs to be stronger than the first.

Before you do anything: don't resubmit the same appeal, and don't create a new profile for the same business. Both can make things worse.

Not Approved vs. Can't be appealed

Google's appeals tool shows a status for every appeal. Can't be appealed means Google considers that decision final. Not Approved is different: Google's help page on suspended or disabled profiles says it may do an additional review when the owner provides evidence that wasn't included the first time.

Why second attempts fail

Most owners resend the same story with the same documents. If Google didn't accept it the first time, it usually won't the second time. A second look only has a chance when something real has changed: the problem has been found and fixed, and the evidence proves it.

What BPR does

You keep ownership of your profile, we never ask for passwords, and you approve every change.

Want a second set of eyes before you ask again?

BPR's Suspension Diagnosis ($199) compares your profile, website and documents, identifies what likely held the first appeal back, and gives you a written correction and evidence checklist. If your business isn't eligible, we'll tell you before you spend more.

BPR is an independent service, not affiliated with Google. Google decides every appeal and review, and no one can guarantee reinstatement. Google Business Profile itself is free.
