Short, honest answers about how BPR works.

Questions before you start

Can BPR guarantee my profile will be reinstated?

No. Google alone decides whether a profile is reinstated. BPR helps diagnose compliance problems, prepare corrections, organize evidence and assist with the appeal process.

Is BPR part of Google?

No. BPR is an independent third-party service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or employed by Google.

Does Google charge to create or reinstate a Business Profile?

Google Business Profile itself is available from Google at no charge. BPR charges only for our independent analysis, preparation and case-management services.

Do I give BPR my Google password?

No. Never send us your Google password, one-time password, PIN or verification code. If management access is needed for a Managed Reinstatement case, you retain ownership and can authorize appropriate manager access.

What evidence might I need?

After payment is confirmed, BPR will send a tailored request for the business records or screenshots needed to review your case.

When and how do I pay?

Submitting the intake does not charge you. After submitting your case, you'll receive a case number. Then use the payment section and pay for the same service you requested; if PayPal shows a dropdown, select that service. BPR confirms the scope before paid work begins. Do not include payment-card details in the form.

Why does my PayPal receipt say Click Sales?

BPR Business Profile Recovery is a service of Click Sales, the business that operates BPR. Your PayPal checkout, receipt and card statement show Click Sales; your BPR receipt email lists the service you purchased and your case number.

Ready to find out why your profile was suspended?

Submitting a case is free. We confirm scope before any paid work begins. Google decides every appeal; no outcome is guaranteed.
